We use this information to provide safe, personalised care, coordinate with healthcare providers, process payments, and claim rebates (NDIS, Medicare, or private health insurance).
Your information is stored securely in Halaxy and other protected systems, and only authorised staff can access it. We do not sell your information.
We may share your information with healthcare providers or NDIS representatives only with your consent, or as required by law.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your information, although some records may need to be kept for legal or professional reasons.

Services, Bookings and Payments
Appointments may be booked online via our booking system or by contacting us directly.
Payment methods
We may accept:
• Credit or debit card
• Electronic funds transfer
• NDIS plan-managed or self-managed payments
• Private health insurance (rebates may be claimed by the client where eligible)
• Medicare rebates (where eligible and with valid referral)
Full payment is required at the time of appointment unless otherwise agreed.
Medicare rebates cannot be claimed for NDIS-funded services.
Changes to Services:
We reserve the right to;
• Modify, suspend, or discontinue services
• Update fees, appointment availability, or service offerings
• Make changes to this Website or its content
Any changes will be effective once published on the Website.
Cancellations and Non-Attendance:
Cancellation and rescheduling policies are provided at the time of booking and may be updated from time to time. Failure to attend appointments or provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Nurture First is committed to providing high-quality dietetic services. This Refund Policy outlines when refunds may or may not be provided.
Appointments and Fees:
All appointments are billed at the applicable fee and are payable at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Fees cover the clinician’s time, preparation, and professional expertise.
Cancellations and Non-Attendance:
• If you cancel or reschedule within the required notice period, no fee will apply.
• Late cancellations or failure to attend an appointment may result in the full appointment fee being charged.
• Missed appointments are generally not refundable.
Cancellation notice requirements are provided at the time of booking.
Refunds for Services:
As services are professional health services, refunds are not usually provided once a service has been delivered, including:
• Attended appointments
• Telehealth sessions
• Preparation time, reports, or documentation
Exceptional Circumstances:
Refunds may be considered at our discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as:
• Significant service delivery issues
• Clinician cancellation
• Technical issues preventing delivery of a telehealth appointment
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method.
NDIS-Funded Services:
For NDIS-funded services;
• Fees are charged in accordance with the NDIS Price Guide
• Missed or late-cancelled appointments may be charged to the participant’s plan where permitted
• Refunds are subject to NDIS rules and funding requirements
Medicare and Private Health Insurance:
• Medicare rebates and private health insurance rebates are subject to the rules of the relevant scheme
• We are unable to refund rebates once they have been processed
• Any refund relates only to the portion of the fee paid directly by the client
Australian Consumer Law:
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your rights to a refund where services are not provided with due care and skill.
