MEET TEYHA
(Pronounced Tia)

Teyha established Nurture First to provide families access to specialist, experienced paediatric dietetic care in their local community. With over 10 years' experience working with families, she has specialist skills and advanced training in infant feeding and children's growth, restrictive eating (ARFID), neurodiversity (Autism, ADHD), gastrointestinal disorders and feeding challenges associated with disability.

As a busy Mum, Teyha's practice integrates evidence-based clinical care with practical strategies to support sustainable nutrition outcomes for children.

NUTRITION CONSULTATION

Nurture First offers support for a range of conditions affecting infants, children and young adults.

Weight management (using non diet approach)

Nurture First delivers both interactive and virtual presentations aimed at parents, caregivers, children, support workers and various professionals.

Sessions are designed to meet the needs of your organisation, school, community, or parent group, focusing on family-oriented nutrition an enjoyable and practical manner.

SERVICES FOR NDIS PARTICPANTS

Nurture First offers support for NDIS participants who are plan or self-managed.

Nutrition assessment and individualised care planning
Growth monitoring and nutrition support
Nutrition support through oral supplements and tube feeding (nasogastric, gastrostomy, and jejunostomy tubes)
Support for children with developmental conditions and disabilities through nutrition assessment, growth support, feeding management, and individualised dietary intervention.

Nurture First works in close partnership with paediatric specialists, paediatricians, general practitioners, and other allied health professionals across South East Queensland to ensure the best results for families.
